First Iron Poured
Celebrate with the foundrymen who worked so hard to get their foundry lines up and running. First Iron pours were created to celebrate the commissioning of a new line, cupola, or entire foundry, and were usually shared with employees and friends.
Last Iron Poured
These commemorative castings were poured at the end of the life of a foundry or a particular foundry line. They are a reminder of foundries past as well as new technology upgrades that helped catapult current foundries to the next level.
Other Foundry Memorabilia
Between the first pour and the last, many foundries used castings to create trinkets, advertising materials, and samples to show their capabilities and celebrate notable events. From simple to complex castings, they show what foundrymen can accomplish.
